About Notemesh

Notemesh is an AI-powered meeting assistant that records your Zoom calls, transcribes every word with speaker labels, and turns conversations into structured summaries, action items, and a searchable knowledge base — automatically.

The Problem

Every professional has experienced it: you leave a meeting, and within a day, half the context is gone. The decisions that felt clear become fuzzy. Action items fall through the cracks. When someone asks "what did we decide about X?" three weeks later, nobody can confidently answer.

Manual notes capture maybe 10-20% of what's actually discussed. They miss nuance, they miss who said what, and they definitely miss the moments that turn out to matter most — the ones you didn't think were important at the time.

The Solution

Notemesh fixes this by capturing everything. An AI bot joins your Zoom meetings automatically (detected from your Google Calendar), records the full conversation, and processes it through a pipeline that produces:

  • Full transcripts with speaker diarization — who said what, with timestamps
  • AI-generated narrative summaries
  • Extracted action items with assigned owners
  • Key decisions logged with context
  • Ready-to-send follow-up emails
  • Speaker analytics — talk time, participation balance

Every meeting is tagged and searchable. Tag meetings by client, project, or topic, and each tag becomes its own knowledge base that you can chat with — ask questions across months of meetings and get cited answers.

Built by a Solo Founder

Notemesh was built by a solo founder who spent too many hours in meetings and even more hours trying to reconstruct what was discussed. The goal was simple: never lose meeting context again.

The project is self-hosted, privacy-conscious, and designed to be a tool you actually trust with your meeting data. No venture-funded growth-at-all-costs playbook — just a genuinely useful product.
