To use Notemesh, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Notemesh only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Record meetings without the knowledge and consent of all participants, where required by law

4. Meeting Recording Consent

You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from all meeting participants before recording. Notemesh's bot identifies itself with a configurable display name when joining meetings. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent for recording conversations. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable recording consent laws.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through Notemesh, including meeting recordings, transcripts, and any data derived from your meetings. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant Notemesh a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service, including transcription, AI analysis, and storage.

6. AI-Generated Content

Notemesh uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting summaries, action items, key decisions, and other outputs. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should review all AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
